Core Hosting Questions

Do you handle PCI compliance?

We provide security controls that support PCI requirements, but PCI certification and validation remain the responsibility of the merchant. Our Premium and Business plans offer enhanced controls to support higher compliance requirements.

Do you store our customer credit card data?

No. All payment data is handled by Commerce7 and the payment processor.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?

Yes. Plans can be changed monthly. Feature availability depends on tier. Downgrading will result in a loss of those additional features. Please contact us to discuss.

Do I get admin access?

Yes, with restrictions depending on plan tier.

What happens if my site is hacked?

We investigate, contain, and remediate incidents based on your plan tier. Extensive forensic analysis or regulatory reporting may require an upgrade.

Where are my servers located?

Primarily in North America (Vultr or OVH), selected for performance and reliability. These will generally be in your geographic location, or close to it.
